If the technology already exists, why isn’t every factory using it?

GrazMUN is heading to Switzerland to visit WAB Group and explore flow chemistry and mechanochemistry. Instead of producing in batches, flow chemistry runs reactions in a continuous stream, which makes processes faster, more efficient and safer. Mechanochemistry goes a step further, as reactions need less solvent and less energy. We’ll look at how these technologies could make industry more sustainable and what they mean for the global debates around it. We’re excited to see it up close!
